Bookings
These general terms and conditions must be accepted by the applicant with every rental request. All rental requests must be made via villa-marhaba-spain.nl

When booking less than 10 weeks before the rental period
If the period is still available, you will receive an email from ‘Villa Marhaba Spain’ confirming your request and if the payment was successfully the desired period is definitively reserved. In the absence of timely and full payment, the application will be deemed withdrawn and the option will be cancelled.

When booking more than 10 weeks before the rental period
If the period is still available, you will receive an email from ‘Villa Marhaba Spain’ confirming your request and if the payment of 30% of the rent was successfully the desired period is definitively reserved. In the absence of timely and full payment, the application will be deemed withdrawn and the option will be cancelled. The balance, 70% of the rent and the deposit, is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. To this end, ‘Villa Marhaba Spain’ will send a reminder e-mail to the applicant. In the absence of timely and full payment of the balance, the application will be deemed to have been withdrawn and the option will be cancelled, without refund of the advance.

Cancellation
Any request to rent Villa Marhaba Spain can always be canceled without costs within 7 days. Any cancellation must be communicated explicitly and in writing to ‘Villa Marhaba Spain’ via villa.marhaba.spain@gmail.com

Payment
Payments must always be made according the instruction during the booking process.

Arrival and departure
In July and August the changeover day is Saturday. Other months very day of the week is possible.  Arrival after 4 pm. Departure no later than 11:00 am. Please indicate late arrival in advance due to key handover. In July and August a minimum stay of 7 days applies.

Guarantee
The tenant is liable for all damage caused by him/her as well as for damage caused by the co-tenants and/or guests to the rented property (home, grounds, installations) and all facilities. The tenant must report all damage to ‘Villa Marhaba Spain’ or the local responsible. A deposit of €200 is required, however the amount of damage is not limited to this amount. For each damage amount you will receive an invoice with proof of the repair or replacement purchase. No money will be withheld other than necessary to repair or replace damage. The full or partial deposit will be refunded at departure.

Electricity is included in the rent. (220 Volts)

Open fire
If you wish, you can use the fireplace in the lounge in winter. Only wood may be used as fuel. It is strictly forbidden to burn waste and/or plastic.

Bed linen & towels
Bed linen, bathroom towels are available and included in the rental price.

Ceramic Floor Tiles
Nice and tidy but when wet the floors can be slippery. The owner/landlord is not liable for any kind of accidents.

Cleaning
Final cleaning is included. An additional cleaning (incl. towel change) is possible during your stay against payment of € 80. This must be requested in advance with your reservation. On departure, the tenant must leave the holiday home in good condition and clean. The tenant must always return the household effects of and belonging to the holiday home to their original location. Crockery and kitchen utensils must be washed and stored in the appropriate cupboards. Final cleaning is for the ‘normal’ cleaning of the house. If the house is left in an unacceptable condition, the costs for this will be deducted from the deposit. ‘Villa Marhaba Spain’  or an authorized representative is entitled to carry out a final inspection after the departure of the tenant and to charge additional (cleaning) costs if the holiday home has not been left broom clean and/or not everything has been returned to its original location.

Beds
All beds are fitted with moltons. Should you foresee a problem with possible bed wetting, we insist that you apply a ‘moisture resistant’ molton to protect the mattress (available in the Villa). Damage to the mattress will be charged (cleaning costs).

Drainage and plumbing
The tenant is responsible for the sanitary facilities and will under no circumstances pour or apply (liquids) substances in drains, sinks, sinks, showers, toilets, etc. that affect stainless steel and enamel, cause blockages or disrupt the proper functioning of drainage systems and sinks are meant here bleach, products that solidify (candle wax, baking butter,..), sanitary towels, tampons…

Waste
All waste must be sorted, treated and offered in accordance with the regulations of the municipality. The yellow waste containers in the street are for empty plastic bottles and drink cartons. The green containers are for all other household waste, which must be in a closed waste bag.

Pets are not allowed.

To smoke
This is a non smoking home. Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace. Beware of the drought, nature must be respected. Under no circumstances may damage be caused to trees and shrubbery.

Maximum number of people
The house can accommodate up to 7 people. It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of persons.

Residential area and your neighbours
The house is located in a pleasant and safe residential area of Limaria. The house has a parking space for your (rental) car on the property. The tenant will respect the peace and privacy of the local residents. It is strictly forbidden to cause noise nuisance. Absolute silence must be observed after 10 p.m. You understand that complaints will be taken very seriously.

Swimming pool safety
The owner/lessor is not responsible and liable for accidents in and around the pool. Supervision of children is therefore necessary at all times, both in the garden and in and around the pool.

Terrace, garden
The terrace and garden is walled and equipped with a metal gate. Supervision of children is therefore necessary at all times here, because climbing, sitting on the walls is dangerous and prohibited.

Other fire
Due to the warm and dry climate, this region has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to light a fire inside and outside the Villa grounds.

Personal/Civil Liability Insurance
 ‘Villa Marhaba Spain’  cannot be held liable for accidents, damage and/or injuries caused by or to tenants and third parties as a result of the stay in the rented holiday home. Nor can  ‘Villa Marhaba Spain’ be held liable for loss, theft and/or damage to personal property of the tenant and/or persons staying in the rented holiday home.

Privacy declaration
‘Villa Marhaba Spain’ guarantees respect for the privacy of the tenant. The tenant’s personal data are essential to be able to offer a professional service. Unless expressly authorised by the tenant, they will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used by  ‘Villa Marhaba Spain’  to process the reservation. The tenant has the right at all times to view his/her personal data, to have it corrected at his/her simple request or to have it removed from the database of  ‘Villa Marhaba Spain’  (always via  villa.marhaba.spain@gmail.com’).
